Karen did a super job for us. She was our agent when we bought our house in the middle of the pandemic. We toured the house in facemasks and couldn’t touch anything. Plus, we were only given 15 minutes to tour. This was a very competitive house with 20 bidders, so we had to make a decision quickly and make our first-and-last best offer in one shot. Karen was prepared for all of this and walked us right through the process. She recognized where our strengths would match the sellers preferences, and because of that we got the house! We immediately put our old house on the market and Karen sold it on the first day. Through all of this she had a plan, and when it came time to execute the plan she nailed it, and we had a few laughs in the process.
