Due to a chance encounter while shopping, another shopper and I started talking. She had Karen as her realtor and Karen sold her property in days. She kept going on and on about how great Karen was while I was complaining because my house was stagnant on the market. I asked if she would give my phone number to Karen so we could chat. As soon as we spoke I felt like I was talking to my best friend. Karen knows the business inside and out. She is very kind and compassionate towards your feelings and concerns. She’s a go-getter and bends over backwards to make you happy and get your home sold. I wish I had met her a year prior and I wouldn’t have wasted nine months of our house sitting on the market. I can’t thank Karen or the lady shopper enough. By the way, she put the house back on the market just days before the Covid19 pandemic and she was still able to get the house sold. What does that tell you about Karen?
