I think we were pretty picky with what we were looking for. Karen was very patient with us. But, when we did find the house that we absolutely wanted, she made sure out of all the bidders, we came out on top. Not only that, the sale of our old house coincided within a week of the purchase of the new one, and settlement for both was arranged on the same day.
