Karen utilized her real estate knowledge to provide options and recommendations on the “best” offer. Once under contract and the home inspection notice was received, Karen was very helpful and quick is getting estimates for repairs. With this information readily available, it was easy to determine a path forward that ensured the shortest duration for closing. Karen was very well versed at dealing with the other real estate agent. Karen kept the buying process moving forward and on time. There were a couple of occasions when the other real estate agent wanted to delay closing, but those delays never materialized. Again, utilizing today’s technology, it was easy to review and sign documents required for selling the house, and I never needed to leave home. I had a few questions along the way and everything was quickly addressed with a phone call. Also, Karen’s assist was instrumental in getting the paperwork organized for closing. Her communication, knowledge of the market, and good energy made the selling process simple, quick, and stress-free.
